3 cups cooked rice, cooled
2 cups dairy sour cream
1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
6 ounces green chillies, diced
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix rice and sour cream together. Spread 1/2 of mixture in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle half of Monterey Jack cheese over the top; add diced chilies, cover with remaining Monterey Jack cheese. Add remaining rice; sprinkle with parmesan cheese and top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
