5 c. peaches, fresh or canned (drained)
Cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk


Topping:

1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 T. cornstarch, heaping
1 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Place peaches in a greased 9x13 pan or casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Mix sugar, salt, flour and baking powder together; cut in butter. Stir in milk and spread on top of the peaches.

Topping: Mix dry ingredients together and sprinkle over batter. Pour 1 c. boiling water over the top of everything. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm with ice cream.
