Sour Cream Raisin Bars Recipe

2 c. raisins
1 c. white sugar
3 slightly beaten eggs
2 1/2 T. cornstarch
1 carton (12 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. cinnamon

Crust and Topping:

1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Filling: Mix thoroughly. Cook together in the microwave until thick (about like gravy). Set aside to cool.

Crust and Topping: Mix until crumbly. Press half of crust mixture into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Add filling and sprinkle remainder of crust mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
