Ingredients:  
½ loaf of white bread
2 cups of scalded milk
½ stick of butter
2 eggs
small amount of flour for texture (⅛ to ¼ tsp)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Milk and butter
Add liquid to bread, egg and flour mixture
Form into dumplings
Boil in boiling water
When done they will rise to top of pot
