- 2 teaspoons dry yeast
- 1 teasooon sugar
- 3/4 cup very warm water (120-130 degrees)
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Tomato sauce, cheese, toppings of choice

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Soak the yeast in water and sugar for 5 minutes.
- Add the flour, then add the salt.
- Knead for about 5 minutes, until flour is well blended and a dough ball forms.
- Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 45 min to an hour.
- Roll dough out to fit a pizza pan (about 12-inch).
-Top with tomato sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is brown and bubbly.
- ENJOY!
