2 28oz bags Baby Potatoes (3 1/2 lbs)
¼ cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp chopped fresh Rosemary
2 ½ tsp Sea Salt (divided)
½ tsp fresh ground Pepper
6-8 Large Garlic Cloves, cracked (or I use some minced garlic)
1 Lg. Gallon Ziploc bag

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large pot of water, cover the potatoes and add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Boil about 10 min, enough that you can just stick a fork in but with some resistance.

3. Remove from the heat and drain. Allow to cool, to just warm but not hot.

5. Place potatoes in the ziploc bag. Pour in the oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.

7. Seal the bag, shake and massage around to distribute the oil and herbs all over the potatoes.

8. Marinate least 2 hrs. (on the counter). They can be prepared like this up to 24 hrs in advance.

9. Remove from bag and thread onto skewers. Grill 20-30 min, turning as needed
