15 ounce can of pumpkin
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
3 cups sugar
3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg (ground from whole)
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Optional - Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
2 tablespoons milk
Orange Extract - around 1 teaspoon
Ginger - fresh, grated or a few shakes of dried spice
Combine all ingredients and mix well - add milk slowly until desired consistency.

Preheat oven to 350º. Prepare pans (2 loaf or 1 Bundt) - grease and flour.

In large bowl, mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, water and sugar until well blended. In separate bowl, whisk flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. Stir dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture until just blended. Pour into prepared pan(s).

Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes (a bit longer if using a Bundt pan).

Cool slightly and add glaze.
