4 1/2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup raw shelled sunflower seeds
1 1/2 cup coarsely chopped almonds
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 1/4 cups Grade A maple syrup
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Position a rack in center of oven and heat oven to 325.
Place dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together.
Add maple syrup and oil. Stir until all dry ingredients are moistened.
Line a tray with parchment paper. Spread the granola on the paper and seat on the middle rack of the oven.
Bake 25 minutes, until the granola is brown. Stir and bake another 15-20 minutes more, until the mixture is dry.
Remove pan from oven, place pan on rack, add raisins, stir and cool.
