1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 egg 1 1/4 c. flour 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla Mini Reese's Peanut Butter cups
Combine all ingredients except the peanut butter cups. Spoon mixture by the teaspoon into mini muffin pan. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes. Stuff a mini peanut butter cup into the center of each one. Cool 4 minutes in pan.
