1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup salad oil
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp. ground pepper
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1 12 tsp. dry parsley
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Whisk all ingredients together. Use to marinate 7 bone roast or chicken for 24 hours. Grill meat.
