4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup flour
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar, divided
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup finely chopped Pecans
2 oz. White Chocolate

Use pulsing action of food processor to process cream cheese, butter, flour, cocoa powder and 2 Tbsp. sugar in food processor until mixture forms ball that pulls away from side of container. Place in bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.

Heat oven to 350°F. Divide dough into 24 balls; place 1 in each of 24 miniature muffin pan cups. Press onto bottoms and up sides of cups to form shells.

Beat egg in medium bowl until blended. Add vanilla and remaining sugar; mix well. Stir in nuts; spoon into pastry shells, filling each shell about 3/4 full.

Bake 25 min. or until lightly browned. Cool in pans 5 min.; remove to wire racks. Cool completely. Melt white chocolate as directed on package; spoon into resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag. Use to pipe lines onto cookies to resemble photo.

Use Your Mixer:
If you don't have a food processor, you can use your electric mixer instead. Beat cream cheese and butter in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add flour, cocoa powder and 2 Tbsp. brown sugar; mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled. Continue as directed

How to Soften the Cream Cheese:
Place measured amount of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until cream cheese is slightly softened.

Note:
For a professional look, use a pastry bag fitted with a #2 tip to draw the lines on tops of cookies as directed.
