6 eggs 1 c. milk 1 c. sifted flour 1/4 tsp salt 6 T. butter
Preheat oven to 450. In a bowl or blender beat eggs, milk, flour, and salt. In a 9x13 pan melt butter in the hot oven. When butter is bubbling add batter and bake for 25 minutes. Eat immediately. Sprinkle with powered sugar and/or fresh lemon juice. Eat with fresh fruit, jam, or syrup.
