3 c. cooked noodles (about 5 oz. dry)
2 c. diced ham
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 lb. shredded American cheese or 1 c. cut up Velveeta
2/3 c. evaporated milk (small can)
2 T. finely cup up green pepper
2 T. cut up pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, flour, mustard, cheese, milk, pepper and pimento. Microwave until cheese is melted. Add ham and noodles. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly.
