13 oz. smoked sausage
3-4 c. ( about 4 potatoes) large sweet potatoes chopped
1 lb. Brussels sprouts halved
⅓ c. olive oil
¾ T. dried oregano
¾ T. dried thyme
¾ tsp. dried basil
½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. garlic powder
Seasoned salt and pepper
3-4 sprigs fresh rosemary
⅓ c. dried cranberries
⅓ c. toasted pecans
Optional: freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
2. Thickly coin the sausage, peel and chop into small pieces the sweet potato.
3. Cut off the brown ends of the brussels and slice them in half.
4. Put the sausage, sweet potato, and brussels all on a large sheet pan.
5. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, oregano, thyme, basil, paprika, garlic powder, seasoned salt (I use ½ tsp. -- scale to preference), and cracked pepper (I use ½ tsp. -- scale to preference).
6. Stir together and then pour over the sausage and veggies.
7. Add the sprigs of rosemary and then toss everything together.
8. Bake for 15 minutes, remove and stir everything around.
9. Return to the oven and bake for another 8-15 minutes or until veggies are tender.
10. Remove from the oven and toss again adding in the cranberries and pecans.
If desired top with some freshly grated parmesan cheese and enjoy.
