2 1/2 Cups of Self rising corn meal
1:2 tsp. Baking a Powder
1/4 Cup sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
1 can cream corn
3 eggs
1 Cup of Buttermilk
2/3 Cup oil
1Cup of grated cheese
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper, 1 red pepper chopped
1 small can green chili

Directions:

Mix all together, bake in glass baking dish.
375º for 45 minutes
