1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup vegetable oil

I used Coconut oil for shortening and Crisco for the oil .

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk ingredients thoroughly until will combined.
2. Dip pastry brush in mixture and coat your baking pan with a thin layer.
3. Use for any recipe that calls for greasing and flouring your pan. Store in an air tight container up to three months or as long as oils don't get rancid.

You can make the batch as small or large as you wish. Just make sure the ingredients are equal.

I used this on bundt pans and it really works great ,especially on the ones with lots of design.
