1½ cups grated cheddar cheese
¼ cup yellow mustard
1 tbsp margarine
2 tsp hot pepper sauce (homemade)

All amounts are approximate; adjust as desired.
A small amount of milk can be added to make the cheese paste softer and easier to mix.

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese using medium sized holes on grater. Using a fork, mash in margarine, mustard, and hot pepper sauce.

Spread on toast.

Makes enough for about 5 pieces of toast.
