Ingredients: ½ Roasted chicken, pulled in chunks 5 Celery stalks, finely chopped 1 C. Green onion, chopped 2 Carrots, finely chopped 2 C. Pasta, spiral-cooked-cooled 1 C. Green Peas cooked and cooled with firm finish ⅔ C. Seedless grapes, quartered or substitute with olives for a savory taste. ¾ C. Hellman's Mayonnaise...less or more to taste Celery Salt to taste Salt and Pepper to taste
4 Roma tomatoes cut in bite sized pieces 1 avocado cut in bite sized pieces crackers

Directions: |
Directions:Toss all above ingredients (except tomatoes) together with Mayonnaise. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with bite sized pieces of avocado, roma tomatoes and crackers. |
