1 beef sirloin steak (1 lb./500 g), 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick, well trimmed
2 large yellow peppers, cut lengthwise in half
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
4 cups torn mixed salad greens or spring greens
1 large tomato, cut into wedges
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese

1.Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat. Brush steak and insides of peppers with 2 Tbsp. of the dressing.

2.Grill steak and peppers 10 min. or until steak is medium doneness (160ºF), turning after 5 min. (Peppers do not need to be turned.)

3.Meanwhile, place greens on four serving plates; top with tomatoes and onions. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices; cut peppers into strips.

4.Arrange steak and peppers over salads.

5.Drizzle evenly with the remaining 1/4 cup dressing.

6.Sprinkle with cheese.
