5 lbs russet potatoes
6 eggs
½ sm 8 oz jar of diced dill pickles
1 cup mayonaise
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoons pepper
¼ cup mustard

Peel potatoes, wash and cover with salted water. Add eggs to water and boil. Drain, remove eggs and place in cold water in bowl. Rinse potatoes in cold water. Drain. Add deshelled eggs chopped and all other ingredients to potatoes. With potato masher, mash and mix ingredients until blended to desired consistency.
