Beat together until stiff:
2 T water
2 egg whites
Mix together:
1 C sugar
½ tsp salt
4 T cinnamon
2 tsp nutmeg
Fold into the eggs.
Add 2-4 C pecans.
Directions:

Spread this mixture onto a buttered cookie sheet and bake at 350* 20 min. Let cool completely before storing in a sealed container.
