1½ cups canned pitted ripe olives
1 lb shrimp cooked, peeled and deveined
⅓ cup lemon juice
⅓ cup cooking oil
2 tbsp. chopped capers
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. tarragon, crumbled
Dash liquid red pepper seasoning
Lemon slices for garnish

Drain olives and combine with shrimp. Combine all remaining ingredients except lemon slices in a small jar, cover and shake to blend.

Pour over shrimp and olives, mix lightly and chill thoroughly. Garnish with thin lemon slices, if desired.
