1 lb chinese broccoli/zucchini/broccoli
2 tsp garlic
salt
chinese wine
water
vegetable oil in pan

Directions:

Cut broccoli, separate leaves from stem. Cut end off and then cut diagonally into pieces.

Wash broccoli in water and drain.

Heat oil in pan, add garlic, add vegetables, wine, salt, and 1/4 C water. Stir and cover 5 minutes.


For zucchini, peel skin and cut ends. Cut each zucchini into diagonal pieces.

Heat oil in pan, add garlic, add vegetables, wine, salt, and 1/4 C water. Stir and cover 5 minutes.
