6-8 slices of bread
1 lb. bacon or sausage 6 eggs
1 1/2 milk
2 C shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble this bread into a 9" X 13" pan. Cook 1 lb. bacon or sausage. Crumble the cooked bacon and/or sausage to drain on paper towel.
Mix eggs, milk, Salt and pepper. Pour this over the bread.
Add the meat to the casserole and top with shredded cheese.
Cover casserole and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
