2 boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick of butter
3 eggs
8 Oz of Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese
3 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of caramel extract
Milk

Directions:
Directions:

Preheat oven to 300ºF

In a saucepan melt the butter until golden brown

Add all ingredients together

Milk *Add at the end and only use enough to make the consistency like thick pancake batter*.

Grease baking dish with Crisco all vegetable shortening and a pinch of flour to avoid pan from sticking.

Bake at 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and knife comes out clean.
