1 C Spectrum shortening
1 C Jif natural peanut butter
1 C sugar
1 C packed brown sugar
3 eggs
3 C all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugars, and peanut butter. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Form into balls, roll in sugar and place 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Lightly flatten with fork. Bake in convection oven at 350º for 12 minutes. In regular oven, bake at 375º for 10 min. or until bottoms are lightly browned.
