1 pkg. McCormick's Chili White Chicken Seasoning Mix
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into ½ inch cubes
1 cup water
1 can (15 to 16 ounce) Bush's white chili beans, undrained

Assorted Toppings for Serving: shredded cheese, chopped avocado, chopped cilantro and/or sour cream

Directions:

1) Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken, cook and stir 3-5 minutes or until no longer pink.

2) Stir in Seasoning Mix, water and beans. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Serve with toppings, if desired.

I cooked the meat and then transferred the meat into a large crockpot and added the rest of the ingredients. I put the crock pot on high and let cook for about 2 1/2 hours (while I left for football practice)

Time Saving Tip: Purchase Tyson's precut chicken breasts (cubed)
