1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Mix these two together and set aside.

1/2 c. oleo
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1-3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil

2-1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

2 c. grated zuchini

1 c. milk chocolate chips
1 c. sugar

Mix together oleo, eggs, vanilla, sugar, vegetable oil, and milk and lemon juice mixture. Add dry ingredients. Add grated zuchini.
Pour in 13 x 9 inch pan. Before placing in oven sprinkle 1 c. milk chocolate chips and 1 c. sugar over batter for a topping. Bake in 325 F. oven for 45 minutes. It may take a little longer than 45 minutes.
