Personal Notes:
This recipe was sent to me by my daughter. She said it was Amazing. After reading the ingredients....I thought....hmmmm... not too sure about this, is she pulling my leg?...this is a Heart-Attack!!!, hence my nicknaming it Heart-Attack Pot Roast.
O.M.G....is it ever tasty and moist!! Thanks Lisa!! It has become one of my most favorite and Sooooo....simple to prepare!

*** If you have a sudden craving for this and don't have the 8 hrs to cook it, you can also use an Insta-Pot or other brand of electric pressure cooker. Just follow pressure cooker meat directions for cooking time. If you do use the pressure cooker IMPORTANT...you will want to ADD liquid! I used 1 can of Beef Broth and it turned out perfect.
