16 oz package of wide egg noodles
1-1/2-2 pounds smoked chicken (white and dark meat combined) chopped
2 cups chicken stock
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 onion chopped
1 tbsp chopped garlic
salt
pepper
onion powder
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350.
Boil noodles according to package and drain.
Melt butter and onion and garlic. Sautee until soft.
add flour, mixing well to form a roux.
Add stock, and bring to boil.
Add chicken and reduce heat to simmer.
add noodles to sauce and mix well.
Add Mozzarella cheese and mix.
Pour into 9x15 baking dish and top with parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
