Wash and peel two large white potatoes cut potatoes into serving size pieces (see picture)
Teaspoon melted butter
Tablespoon olive oil
Salt, black pepper, and paprika for seasoning
Chopped chives just to sprinkle over finished potatoes ( may use parsley also)
Nonstick pan

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º.
Oil potatoes with the melted butter and oil
Season with salt, black pepper and paprika

Place potatoes in a singe layer in a nonstick cooking utensil

Roast about 30 minutes until brown and tender

Sprinkle with chopped chives (may use onion chives or garlic chives) or parsley.

Serve hot
