2 sticks of butter
1 cup sugar
1-2 sleeves of saltine crackers
12 oz. chocolate chips
Nuts to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Line with single layer of saltine crackers. Over medium heat, slowly melt butter then add sugar. Let mixture come to a boil and continue to boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over crackers and. bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes until slightly brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over top. As they begin to melt, spread with a knife/spatula. Sprinkle with chopped nuts of your choice (walnuts or pecans) if desired. Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut into squares.
