Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4-6 Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts (the amount of chicken breasts depends on how many people you are feeding. I
like to give at least 1 chicken breast per person.

3 cups Minute Rice

3 cups Water

1 Family size can of Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup

1/2 stick butter

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Trim off any fat from chicken breasts, wash in cold water and pat dry.
Place chicken breasts in a 13 x 9 casserole dish and put a pat of butter on top of each breast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Place tinfoil over dish and poke small holes in tinfoil to vent then bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.

While chicken is cooking boil 3 cups water in a sauce pan then add 3 cups minute rice as directed on minute rice instructions.

Also while chicken is cooking, pour Campbell's condensed soup in a sauce pan, add 1/2 can of milk and heat on stove until hot, but not boiling.

Once chicken is done cooking (do not turn oven off yet) , remove from casserole dish, pour rice into dish add chicken to top of rice and pour soup evenly over all.

Bake in oven for about 15 minutes until warmed through and top is a light golden brown.

Personal Notes:
This is the all time favorite of my son, Levi. When growing up he could basically eat an entire 13 x 9 dish of this all by himself. Picture included with this was after serving this for dinner one night. We could not believe how much he ate!!! I think the rest of us got maybe a couple spoonfuls before he devoured it.
