2 oz. Cream of Coconut (I use Coco Lopez brand always.)
3 oz. pineapple juice ( I use Dole)
2 oz. light rum (Bacardi or Ronrico)
1 c. ice

In a NutriBullet or blender put 1 c. ice, 2 oz. coconut cream, 2 oz. rum and 3 oz. pineapple juice and blend until texture you desire. Enjoy!
