5 squares/ounces bittersweet baking chocolate
1 stick margarine
1.5 cups sugar
2 Tbs. cocoa
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup plain soy milk
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and margarine in microwave for 1.5 minutes, until smooth and
blended.
Mix sugar, eggs, soy milk, vanilla until well blended
Add cocoa
Add chocolate/margarine mixture
Pour into round pan or pie crust
Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees
