Directions:
Put yeast into warm water and set aside while everything else is mixed.
Mix shortening, sugar, salt, boiling water in mixer. Mix well. Add yeast mixture. Mix. Add one egg at a time mixing after each. Alternate flour and water. Mix about 5 minutes. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours. Remove from fridge and let rest about half hour. Divide dough into four parts. Roll out each part into a circle. Spread butter generously all over. Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough like a pizza into 8 pieces. Roll pieces loosely from fat to skinny side. Place on sprayed pan. Bake about 8 minutes at 350.

You can use this dough for cinnamon rolls, pizza rolls, or orange rolls.
Cinnamon rolls---Use half a batch of dough. Roll dough into rectangle. Spread butter all over then cinnamon and sugar. Roll up and slice.
Orange rolls---Use half a batch of dough. Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread butter all over then orange zest and sugar.
Pizza rolls---Use half a batch of dough. Roll dough into a rectangle. Top with pizza sauce, tons of mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni. Roll up and cut like cinnamon rolls.
