1 lb. lean ground beef
3 bouillon cubes
6 c. hot water
1 lb. can of tomatoes
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 c. celery, diced
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble beef into a 4-quart saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring as needed until beef is lightly browned. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 40-45 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir occasionally.
