12 oz Shelled Frozen Edamame (can be fresh)
8 oz Shredded Carrot
12 oz Grape Tomatoes
1 Medium Cucumber
¼ C Cilantro, roughly chopped
Asian Vinagrette

Directions:
Directions:
1. Thaw Edamame
2. Cut Grape Tomatoes in half
3. Dice Cucumbers
4. Roughly chop cilantro
5. Mix Edamame, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Carrots in Medium bowl
6. Toss with Dressing
