1-2 Onions
Garlic powder
Salt
Marinara sauce

Directions:
Part one (after buying the spaghetti squash):
Wash the squash and put it in a pan with an inch of water on the bottom.
(It goes faster if you cover it with tin foil , but it will cook without the tin foil too but the outside browns)
Bake it at 350º until you can pierce the skin with a fork. (it can take an hour.)
Let it cool enough to handle and then slice in half.
The top layer of the inside is a little gunky, scoop it out and throw it out.
Take a fork and pull out the inside (as if you are raking it)and it peels out like spaghetti.

Part two
Saute onions in a large saute pan.
Add tomato sauce , a few shakes of garlic powder and salt PRN and the spaghetti squash.
Let it simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
You can make this days in advance of eating!
