1 cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
½ stick margarine
½ cup milk
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup plain flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup melted margarine
3 cups of mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mashed potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, melted margarine, milk, vanilla, and spices. Put into a greased 2-quart casserole. Mix together the flour, brown sugar, pecans and ½ cup melted margarine. Spread over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until topping has browned. Towards the end, you can sprinkle miniature marshmallows on top and brown!

Goodness gracious this casserole tastes like a dessert. It is so decadent that you cannot eat just one serving.
3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes (home baked or boiled are the best -- not the canned).
