3 cups sugar
3/4 cup margarine
2/3 cup evaporated milk
12 oz. chocolate chip cookies
1 jar Marshmallow Creme
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar, butter, and milk in saucepan. bring to a full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil about 4 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and marshmallow creme. Stir until melted. Add vanilla and mix well. Pour immediately into 9x13 pan lined in foil. Let sit at least 2 hours.

My mom has made this fudge ever since I can remember. People always ask for the recipe and anyone can find it on the back of the marshmallow creme!
