3-4 russet potatoes, peeled, in 1/4" slices
1 c. cream
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 T. flour
1 large clove garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 T. butter
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream, milk, flour, garlic, salt & pepper until well combined, even a little fluffy. Coat 9x13 pan with butter. Layer potatoes then cream and repeat. Bake at 400, covered, for 20 min & uncovered for 40 min. Add cheese & bake 7 more minutes. Add parsley before serving.
