4 Cups warm water
¼ Cup Yeast
¼ Cup Sugar
3 tsp salt
¾ Cup Crisco
5 lbs Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put 3 cups of warm water in a pan. Add sugar, salt, Crisco, after yeast dissolved put in pan. Add flour 1 cup at a time, about 5 lbs. When pick up dough it shouldn't hang down on sides. Knead. Let Rise for 1 hour. Punch down and put in tins. Let rise again for another hour.
Rolls cook 375º or Loaves @ 400º.
