1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
1 T. butter
Zucchini
Pasta (prefer spinach fettuccini)
Spaghetti Sauce
grated cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped onions, mushrooms, & 2 cloves garlic in 1 T. butter. Turn heat to low and add spaghetti sauce, allow to simmer and reduce. Cook squash until tender in seperate pot. Boil any pasta noodle you like until soft--drain. Combine squash, pasta, and sauce in serving bowl Salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine all. Sprinkle with grated cheese (don't be stingy with the cheese).
