1 Package Corn Tortillas
Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
8 Ounces Chunk Monterrey Jack Cheese
1 - 28 oz Can Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
4 Peeled and Seeded Hatch Green Chiles
3 Garlic Cloves
½ tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add can of green chile enchilada sauce, the four peeled and seeded chiles, three garlic cloves and ½ tsp salt to a blender and blend until smooth. Place just enough sauce in casserole dish to cover the bottom of the dish. Place corn tortillas between two wet paper towels and warm in microwave for 35 seconds. Mix chicken with about ⅓ of green chile sauce. Place shredded chicken/sauce mixture down center of each tortilla and top with a ¼ inch slice of cheese, Roll and place seam down in the casserole dish. When dish is full, cover with remaining green chile sauce and sprinkle with shredded monterrey jack cheese. Cover with foil and bake in 350 º oven for ½ hour. Top with sour cream if desired.
