4 to 6 pork loin center-cut chops
1 tbl. lemon pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. chopped green onions
2 (8oz.) containers of cream cheese (can use regular or w/ chive and onion spread)
Angel hair pasta or rice, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Put chops into slow cooker and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Add soy sauce and chopped green onions, saving a small portion for the garnish at end.
Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Drain any liquid from the cream cheese and add in the last 30 minutes of cooking time, reserving a small portion for freshining sauce after removal of chops from the cooker.
Serve over angel hair pasta or rice. Sprinkle green onions over all for garnish.

You can drain the liquid out of the cooker before the end of the cooking time to eliminate some of the fat. Also, using lean cuts helps minimize this.
The cream cheese compliments the pork but remember, it can curdle if cooked too long in the slow cooker.
