Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Recipe

1 1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. orange peel
2 c. chopped rhubarb
2 c. sliced strawberries
2 T. butter
Pie crusts for double crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour and orange peel. Put rhubarb into pie shell and sprinkle with half the sugar mixture. Add strawberries and sprinkle with remaining sugar. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
