Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
2 cans milk

1-2 tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning
2 bags Success rice
Mushrooms, broccoli, peas (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Precook chicken breasts; but so not overcook. After it cools a bit, shred chicken and set aside. If you plan to add mushrooms or veggies, steam them ahead of time also. In large pot, combine and cook: 2 chicken soups (or you can use one can of mushroom and one chicken if you prefer), milk, bouillon and seasoning. I use a whisk to stir get all lumps out of soup. Cook on low temperature and keep stirring constantly, as bottom can burn easily. When the mixture is hot and creamy, stir in the chicken. Then, you can stir in any additional ingredients you would like to include, such as: mushrooms, broccoli, peas, etc.. Leave pot on very low heat while you cook the rice according to box directions. Place cooked rice in large bowl and then pour soup mixture on top. Stir to mix all ingredients and serve.
