3/4 cup corn meal
1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugan
3 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt

Wet
1 cup milk
1 egg, well beaten
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and sift together the dry ingredients.
Add the combined wet ingredients.
Grease an 8" x 8" pyrex dish and add the combined ingredients.

Bake at 425* for 20 minutes.
