Dip fresh raw haddock piece in beaten egg. Roll in salted Premium Plus cracker crumbs. Fry both sides in butter. Add pepper (and salt) or any other seasoning of choice to both sides once in pan. Saute capers in butter and squeeze of lemon juice.

Enjoy with boiled potato and green peas.
